As always, I don’t draft kickers to the very last round. In this case, it was Round 16 with 14 in the group. I readily acknowledge there are a few guys on the bench that likely will get cut (Koren Robinson and Roscoe Parrish), but I’m feeling everything else.
Oh, and I held off on all 49ers related picks until there were none to make — including Michael Crabtree who was taken off the board in Round 12. That was a shocker. Michael Vick was taken in the 15th round and Brett Favre was taken in the ninth.
Nobody wanted JaMarcus Russell — again!
